2/2-way diaphragm pneumatic valve of the ELEMENT series (175138)

The diaphragm valve type 2103 with external control consists of a pneumatic piston actuator, a diaphragm and a 2-way valve body. A high-quality drive with a special steel shell allows the device to be used in hygienic conditions or in an aggressive environment. Streamlined valve housings without dead space provide high flow rates and a variety of application possibilities. The drive design makes it easy to integrate automation units into all configuration options - from digital/optical position feedback signals and a pneumatic control device up to an integrated bus interface and an explosion-proof version of the device. The system, consisting of a valve and automation units, is characterized by a high degree of integration, compactness and high chemical resistance, has smooth surfaces, built-in control air channels and a degree of protection of IP65/67/NEMA4X.
