According to the Burkert concept used in the development of modular process valves and sensor technology, the design of the direct-flow valve type 2100 meets all practical requirements, including under difficult operating conditions. Maximum service life and tightness are achieved through the use of a proven, self-regulating spindle oil seal with a chevron cuff. Its design makes it possible to easily integrate automation units into all configuration options - from digital/optical position feedback signals and a pneumatic control device up to an integrated bus interface and an explosion-proof version of the device. The system, consisting of a valve and automation units, is compact and highly chemical resistant, has smooth surfaces, built-in control air channels and a degree of protection of IP65/67.
