The innovative Burkert type 3361 control valve is the optimal solution for control tasks in difficult operating conditions. The electric drive of the direct seat valve with a ball screw transmission positions the control cone with special precision. At the same time, the positioning speed of the control valve is exceptionally high and is 6 mm/s, i.e. the reaction to process signals occurs almost without delay, in addition, the speed can be adjusted depending on the customer's needs. Pressure fluctuations or fluctuations in the medium do not affect the position of the valve. Any valve body optimized for the flow can be equipped with seats of various sizes (up to 5 pieces per body) for precise adaptation to customer requirements. If necessary, when the power supply is turned off, the reduction to a safe position (normal position) can be carried out using an additional energy accumulator. The electric drive and control valve are a perfectly matched design with a solid surface. This allows you to comply with hygienic requirements regarding fast washing and removal of all residues. Harsh environmental conditions are not a problem for Type 3361, as it has a protection class of IP65/IP67, as well as high insensitivity to shocks and vibrations. Thanks to the reliable self-regulating stem seal with replaceable V-shaped seals, maximum service life and maximum tightness are ensured.
