According to the Burkert concept used in the development of modular control valves and sensor technology, the design of the inclined valve type 2300 meets all practical requirements, including for difficult operating conditions. Maximum service life and high tightness are achieved through the use of a proven self-regulating oil seal. Thanks to the conical shut-off element of the parabolic shape, an increase in throughput is achieved by about 35% compared to conventional control valves. The Type 2300 is available in a special steel version (steel/steel seal) or with a durable PTFE seal for hermetic locking. The drive design makes it easy to integrate automation units into all configuration options - from digital electropneumatic positional controllers to process controllers. The system, consisting of a valve and automation units, is characterized by a high degree of integration, compactness and high chemical resistance, has smooth surfaces, built-in control air channels and a degree of protection of IP65/67/NEMA4X. This system is designed for reliable and precise control of various media, including those with high flow rates.
