2-way direct control valve with pneumatic actuator of the ELEMENT series (204937)

In accordance with Burkert's philosophy, the design of the type 2301 control valve meets all the parameters of the technological conditions of use. Long service life and high tightness are ensured by a reliable self-leveling locking disc and replaceable V-shaped seals. Up to 5 different seat sizes are available to equip any control valve body. These parabolic valves provide reliable and reproducible parameters for flow control. The control cones are available in stainless steel versions with a durable PTFE or PEEK seal for hermetic closure. The available tightness classes are III, IV or VI. The valve design makes it easy to integrate automation modules, whether it is a digital electropneumatic positioner or a control controller. The fully integrated system is characterized by compact design, integrated air supply lines, protection class IP65/67 and a high degree of chemical resistance.
