3/2-way Direct Acting Flipper Solenoid Valve (175653)

The Type 6144 is a 3/2-way direct acting flipper magnetic valve for use in neutral gases and liquids. Due to the movement between the two end positions, the switching element (flipper) locks one of the two opposite valve seats and connects the other seat to the working connection. This movement is carried out when the electromagnet coil is switched under the influence of the magnetic field of one of the permanent magnets connected to the flipper. Flipper technology, along with excellent performance characteristics, is characterized in particular by extremely low noise and minimal wear. The built-in media separation system allows the valve to be used not only in pneumatic installations. Depending on the specific application, various flange connections are available, suitable for both individual and block mounting. Installation instructions: In order to prevent failures in operation, the valve must be at least 5 mm away from other ferromagnetic materials.
