A plug-in thermoelectric element with a bayonet connection is used to measure temperature in solids, sliding bearings and tools, for example, in the production of plastics. Due to the special shape of the measuring tip, the sensor is suitable for measuring temperature in flat and conical holes.

A fixed-shape pressure spring made of rust- and acid-resistant stainless steel, material 1.4310, provides protection against bending and guarantees uniform pressure of the measuring tip in the hole. The mounting length can be changed by rotating the bayonet connection. Bayonet connections and additional accessories are supplied with diameters
