Thanks to the special design, durable vapor-proof needle thermoelements are used during the processes of cooking, frying, baking in many areas of food processing and preservation. Another area of application is autoclaves and sterilizers.

A special stainless steel tube is supplied with a measuring tip, pointed in the center or beveled at an angle (about 25° or 45°).

All versions have high vibration resistance. The handles are resistant to oils and acids.

The NiCr-Ni thermocouple is used as standard in the measuring part according to DIN EN 60 584 Class 1.
