Gamma magnetic stirrers INOXPA is represented by highly hygienic solutions for use in the processes of dispersion, dissolution, homogenization and mixing of large volumes of product in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Agitators are particularly well suited for sterile processes, due to the absence of mechanical seals and the prevention of any contact of the product with the external environment.
The use of these agitators includes such processes as: glucose dissolution in demineralized water, maintaining uniformity of vaccine suspensions, mixing of blood fractions, etc.

The principle of operation

1 When particles or liquid are added to the funnel created by the agitator, they are transferred directly to the propeller of the agitator.
2 The propeller converts the axial motion of the medium into a radial one from the point of installation of the propeller to the periphery of the container.
3 The particles or liquid introduced into the container are evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the container. It is strongly recommended to install the agitator in the container eccentrically with respect to the axis of the container, in order to minimize the risk of a strong vortex funnel and to avoid the installation of reflective partitions.
