The 8652 AirLINE valve block is designed specifically for automation of production processes. The new diagnostic functions on the LCD display can be displayed both as text and as symbols. This display method simplifies the process of distributing messages on the display and reduces the time for commissioning and maintenance. In addition, diagnostic messages can appear in the control system, which provides full control over the system status. The hardware design has been improved specifically for mounting in the lower part of the electrical cabinet. DIN rail mounting is also available. Thus, important pneumatic functions ensure high process safety. For example, return valves in the air outlet channels prevent spontaneous start-up as a result of reaching maximum pressure values.
