PVPC are adjustable axial piston pumps designed for use in systems with high operating pressure. They have a low noise level and can work in systems with hydraulic mineral oils or synthetic liquids having similar lubricating characteristics.
The current working volume depends on the stroke of the discharge plungers 1. The stroke length of the plungers is determined by the position of the inclined disc 2, which is installed with the help of two servo plungers 3 having different cross-sectional areas and in opposition to the spring 4. The rotating drum 5 forces the discharge plungers to move in a closed loop, reciprocating movements in the drum sockets, as a result of which the movement of the liquid occurs. The section shown shows the CH version with a mechanical pressure compensator 6 and an electromagnetic discharge distributor 7. The mounting flanges and shafts of the pumps are manufactured in accordance with the SAE J744 standard.
