Safety requirements, the need to ensure the accuracy of positioning and the static nature of the actuator force the use of electric motors equipped with an electromagnetic brake on technological equipment. Specifically for these purposes, Electro Adda manufactures electric motors of the FECC series, they are equipped with disk static and dynamic brakes with a response time from 80 to 5 ms, equipped with a forced cooling fan and feedback sensors, allows the use of motors as part of a frequency-controlled electric drive.
