Three-phase asynchronous motors with a closed-loop rotor DDOR (EExd II CT4) with an explosion-proof shell and DEDOR (EExde II CT4) which, in addition to the protective casing, has additional protection by the terminal box. Both model lines are designed for safe operation in areas with a high probability of explosion (explosive atmosphere, risk of explosion spread, sources of ignition).
The material of the body and components is steel, the rotor is copper. Resin impregnation of the winding using vacuum technology, additional insulating materials based on polyester or fiberglass. The design of the electric motor is dynamically balanced, the shaft is cylindrical (steel grade C45), keyed connection. To protect against thermal shock, electric motors are equipped with temperature sensors, there is an automatic switch at critical values.
This series is presented various mechanical and electrical design options A variety of mounting options are available, special bearings, shaft and mounting flange modifications, several terminal box designs, condensate drain valves and other extensions. Commercially available versions adapted to different environmental conditions: for tropical climatic zones, frost-resistant, marine environment. Installation of additional sensors for monitoring and feedback on request.
