Helmke series low-voltage asynchronous motors with a closed-loop rotor they are manufactured using modern technologies in compliance with all applicable standards. Due to the combination of high efficiency and energy efficiency of class IE2 and IE3, they are as productive as possible and require correspondingly lower operating costs. The model range of the series is represented by a wide range of various modifications, standard sizes and operating parameters. They are suitable for using a static frequency converter.
The motor housing is made of aluminum or cast iron, air-cooled, a wide variety of mounting versions. Three thermistors for thermal protection are included in the basic configuration. The following options can be added to the standard version as soon as possible: additional reinforcement and electrical insulation of the support bearings, improvement of the lubrication system, shock-pulse nipple, anti-condensation measures, protective casing, brake system, installation of a tachogenerator and additional temperature sensors, reverse locking, forced blowing, special housing coating.
