The Leroy-Somer asynchronous electric motors of the FLS series are manufactured in a corrosion-resistant steel housing and are designed to operate in aggressive environments. Additional corrosion-resistant coating of the housing, epoxy impregnation of the electric motor winding, stainless steel connecting elements, complete sealing of the terminal box and power inputs allows Leroy-Somer FLS series electric motors to work in direct contact with solutions and vapors of acids, alkalis. Our company actively uses FLS electric motors in the food industry, chemistry and petrochemistry.
