High-speed Neudecker engines & Jolitz series K equipped with tool gripping spindles, nozzle options: HSK-C, HSK-F (sizes 40, 50, 63, 80) for manual fixation, HSK63F and HSK63E with automatic change. They are used to perform a variety of operations on specialized machines in the manufacture of products made of wood, metal, plastic or glass.
The compact flat block of the three-phase asynchronous motor is presented exclusively with high-quality materials and components. Rigid and stable design for dynamic operation and a high level of precision execution. Instead of the standard retainer, a model with an improved mount is available for faster installation. All vulnerable elements are reliably protected from harmful manufacturing factors of mechanical processing. Surface cooling is provided by a fan located on the shaft.
The range of electric motor models is represented by 5 main standard sizes with different dimensions within each altitude category. Spindle bearings, a brake system on request, various types of terminal blocks, as well as various optional additions and modifications in terms of design, protection and monitoring are installed at the discretion of the customer.
