Russian company Ruselprom It is engaged in the production of low-voltage general industrial asynchronous electric motors of the AK4 series with a phase rotor, which are designed to operate as part of a single group frequency-controlled electric drive from an alternating current network in the S1-S9 mode with a frequency of 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The advanced manufacturing technology of the stator winding and the design of the magnetic circuit ensure reliable operation of the motors when powered by autonomous voltage inverters and the ability to control the speed in a wide range. AC motors with a phase rotor of the AK4 series are designed to drive mechanisms with severe start-up conditions and requiring speed control.
At the request of the customer, on the platform of the above-mentioned series of electric motors, it is possible to manufacture electric drives with interesting characteristics such as: power, voltage and frequency of the network. Starting the engines from full mains voltage with starting resistances connected to the rotor circuit using a control station. The connection of the motors to the drive mechanism is carried out by means of an elastic coupling. The engines have grease-lubricated rolling bearings. Insulating materials of the stator and rotor windings of heat resistance class “F” with temperature use according to class “B”. The insulation of the stator winding is thermosetting of the Monolith-2 type. The stator winding has six terminal ends attached to four insulators in the terminal box. The type of connection of the winding phases is a star.
