Motors with Perske spindles They have a standardized design for gripping and holding tools, and can be used together with adapters. They are characterized by a high degree of rigidity as opposed to radial and axial loads, ensuring maximum accuracy of operation. The ease of use and quick change of tools make this drive very convenient to operate.
The series of electric motors with spindles from Perske are represented by two types of spindle interfaces:
HSK-C for manual tool change (according to DIN 69893-1 standard): using a hex key, the performance is 2-4 times higher than standard analogues, quick and easy installation;
HSK-F63 for automatic retrofitting (according to DIN 69893-6 standard): pneumatic mechanism device (pressure 6 bar), performance more than 1.5 times higher than standard requirements, hollow shaft for air purification, clamping mechanism with spring block and three-position control sensor.
The motor unit consists of a high-performance asynchronous motor, resistant to overloads, with a robust design suitable for working with heavy tools. Non-lubricating bearings, self-cooling technology, vacuum impregnation of windings.
Technical characteristics of Perske spindle engines:
- Rated power: 2.4 – 30 kW;
- Operating speed range: 6000 - 18000 rpm;
- Overall height: 55 - 90 mm;
- The degree of protection of the case: IP54;
- Degree of protection: self-ventilation;
- Insulation class: F.
