Series AC motors TC «ECOL» productions SimoTop manufactured in accordance with European energy efficiency classes IE1 (standard), IE2 (high) and IE3 (premium). The body material is cast iron, closed design with a high level of protection against dust and water jets entering the machine. Insulation of conductors with a double layer of enamel using vacuum impregnation technology, high resistance to external factors. In sizes with heights from 160 to 280 mm, ball bearings are installed (on both sides), in larger models, the drive side is reinforced with roller bearings. They are designed to work under load with the modes of classes S1 (long-term) and S3 (repeated-short-term).
The range of standard sizes presented in the range covers medium and high power values. Horizontal and vertical mounting orientation of the motor is available, installation is carried out on the paws, mounting through a large flange, as well as the joint use of these methods.
Explosion-proof versions of the following classes are available (ATEX marking):
