The unique pressure compensation technology allows the GOLDLINE S series from Kollmorgen to operate at a depth of immersion in water up to 6.1 km. The housing can be made of stainless steel and aluminum/nickel bronze or completely anodized aluminum to reduce the weight of the structure. The shafts are made of stainless steel, securely sealed with O-rings. The structure is also reliably protected from mechanical damage.
The model range is presented in five height dimensions, each of which has three variations of the total length of the rotor. Feedback signal sensors of the resolver type are installed to control the operation. SEACON connectors designed for underwater use are used for connection.
