The Aspir model is sanitary vortex self-priming pump designed for use in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. This pump model has been specially designed for pumping gaseous liquids, they can also be used with filtration equipment and for pumping from depth. The working chamber must be filled with the pumped medium before starting the electric pump. Pumps of this model are designed for pumping wine drinks, oils, syrups, volatile substances such as alcohol, acetone and other solvents, as well as liquids at temperatures close to the boiling point. However, the main application of Aspir pumps is the return of cleaning solutions in CIP systems.
The principle of operation
The impeller placed between suction chamber and with a diffuser It rotates along with the pump shaft. This arrangement, as well as the rotation of the impeller and the position of the channel, create a discharge and ensure the self-priming ability of the pump. At the same time, as the liquid passes through the impeller, its kinetic energy and potential pressure energy increase.
