The BCI model is vertical stirrer with drive directly from the electric motor, designed for mixing, dispersing and recycling processes. These agitators are widely used in high-power and high-speed mixing processes in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
They are installed on containers up to 1500 liters, usually for working with low-viscosity media.
The principle of operation
In order to prevent the product being mixed from being involved in circular motion, the data stirrers they are mounted eccentrically to the axis of the device or in the center with the installation of deflectors. The rotation of the propeller directs the product to the bottom of the container, and then to the surface along the walls of the tank. The best result is achieved with a convex bottom.
The Lineflux propeller powerfully mixes the contents of the container, while the toothed propeller favors product dispersion.
