The BMI model is vertical stirrer powered directly by an electric motor. Stirrer can be used for processes mixing, dispersion, Recycling and maintaining uniformity where intensive mixing is required at high speeds in the processes of the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Usually this stirrer It is installed on capacities up to 10,000 liters for working with low-viscosity media.
The principle of operation
In order to prevent the product being mixed from being involved in circular motion, the data stirrers they are mounted eccentrically to the axis of the device or in the center with the installation of deflectors. The rotation of the propeller directs the product to the bottom of the tank, and then to the surface along the walls of the tank. The best result is achieved with a rounded bottom.
