ARI Armaturen

Ari Armaturen builds on more than sixty years of partnership in the field of regulation, isolation, safety and vapor capture of liquid and gaseous media.

The plant was founded in 1877 in the town of Stuckenbrock as a metallurgical production under the name Brechmann Guss. At the time of its foundation, the company employed 190 people. In 1950, Albert Richter founded ARI-Armaturen Albert Richter GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of fittings and pipe fittings.

    1999 - integration into the ARI Group of AWH Armaturenwerk Halle GmbH (AWH).
  • 2002 - integration into the ARI Group of Wittler Armaturen GmbH, founded in 1838;
  • 2007 - more than 700 employees; the product line consists of 10,000 items with more than 100,000 variants.

As of 2014, ARI-Armaturen employs more than 5,000 specialists. The company has representative offices in China, Denmark, France, Great Britain, India, Italy, Malaysia, Austria, Singapore, Spain, the USA and the UAE, and in Russia.

The company occupies an area with a total area of 51,000 m2, the production area is 14,000 m2, the office area is 4,000 m2. A significant part of the products enters the German domestic market, about 50% of the company's products are exported to countries such as Russia, Ukraine, the European Union, the United States, China and others.

In industrial processes, in chemistry, shipbuilding and building automation - for more than 50 years, ARI has been a reliable partner in the fields of Regulation - Overlap - Safety and Discharge for liquid and gaseous media. At three production sites, exclusively in Germany, we manufacture high-quality industrial fittings according to the latest standards.

The company offers solutions for:

  • adjustments;
  • overlaps;
  • security;
  • diverting streams.

Ari-Armaturen valves differ in:

  • versatility (the ability to replace the seat, stem and shutter);
  • reliability (non-blown rod with slide rod guide);
  • high technology (a special headset that allows you to reduce pressure with minimal noise generation).

The proposed valves ensure reliability in case of steam and hydraulic shocks.

Valves with a double wall seal are durable. This is especially true in case of sudden pressure drops. Moreover, these valves are reliable due to the conical seating surface. Another advantage of these valves is their manufacturability, achieved due to an arc–shaped lid made of resistant material, a recessed nipple and a locking device.

Safety valves are overload protection.

Due to the possibility of cooling the spring, even at high operating temperatures, a stable actuation pressure is ensured. The Cr-Ni-steel headset with precision shutter guidance guarantees the safety and reliability of the stem.

It is known that profitability is ensured by saving energy. Float, bimetallic, membrane and thermodynamic condensate drains "Ari-Armaturen" ensure the achievement of such profitability.

Ari Armaturen manufactures equipment for steam supply, heat supply, heating and water supply systems, which is distinguished by its versatility. A number of products (ari faba, ari premio, ari safe, ari stevi, ari zesa) are resistant to aggressive media (neutral liquids, condensates, steam, gas, acids, alkalis, refrigerants, glycols, petroleum products, ammonia, etc.) at pressures up to 40 bar and operating temperatures from -60 to + 450°C.

At three production sites, exclusively in Germany, Ari Armaturen produces high-quality industrial fittings according to the latest international standards.

Equipment according to ANSI standards is manufactured at a production site in the USA in the state of California. There are no production facilities in other countries.
