Hydraulic pump for the press
Technical characteristics of hydraulic pumps
The functional purpose of hydraulic pumps is the conversion of mechanical energy into hydraulic energy for subsequent pumping of liquid media into working mechanisms. When choosing hydraulic pumps, the following parameters of hydraulic motors must be taken into account:
- Operating pressure;
- rotation frequency;
- the viscosity of the working fluid.
2 isolated chambers are formed in the working pump: the suction cavity and the discharge cavity, from which the liquid moves, creating the necessary hydraulic pressure.
Such devices are perfectly adapted to work with high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Features and applications of hydraulic pumps for the press
The principle of operation of hydraulic pumps for the press consists in the progressive creation of a vacuum at the inlet and subsequent ejection of liquid to the outlet pipe. The industry produces the following types of hydraulic pressure pumps:
- manual;
- with pneumatic drive;
- with an electric drive.
The devices help to perform in the service station:
- stamping;
- correction of the body of cars, wheels;
- pressing (pressing) of bearings, silent blocks and ball bearings.
Pumps for hydraulic presses can be mounted in horizontal and vertical positions.
