Types of compressed air preparation devices and their features

The pneumatic tool must be supplied with already purified air in order to slow down its wear and reduce the risk of breakage. Therefore, a compressed air preparation unit must be present in the pneumatic line to remove foreign matter and maintain the pressure at the level necessary for operation.

• coalescent dehumidifiers — removal of excess moisture and solid particles from the system;

• cyclone separators — getting rid of residual moisture content;

The filtration module for compressed air preparation is used for fine cleaning. It cleanses from volatile moisture particles and oil vapors, as well as from solid particles less than 1 micron.
