Types of compressed air preparation devices and their features
The pneumatic tool must be supplied with already purified air in order to slow down its wear and reduce the risk of breakage. Therefore, a compressed air preparation unit must be present in the pneumatic line to remove foreign matter and maintain the pressure at the level necessary for operation.

- coalescent dehumidifiers — removal of excess moisture and solid particles from the system;
- adsorption dryers — dew point reduction, dehumidification
- refrigerated dehumidifiers — drying of air intended for compressor units;
- condensate removal systems — ridding the airflow of condensate and oils;
- aftercoolers — cooling, condensate removal;
- cyclone separators — getting rid of residual moisture content;
- process condensate separators — separation of oils from water in the condensate of the system;
- compressed air filters — removal of dust, rust, oil, water vapor;
- air collectors are used to accumulate excess prepared air.
The filtration module for compressed air preparation is used for fine cleaning. It cleanses from volatile moisture particles and oil vapors, as well as from solid particles less than 1 micron.
