The advantage of electric vibrators with flange fixation lies primarily in the variability of their fastening. This ensures their universal use, for example, as a vibration motor in an outdoor vibrator at a construction site. In addition, the flange mount has the same strength and reliability as the foot mount, while having versatility in use.

Why flange mounting?

Flanged vibrators are designed for use in vibration installations in which vibration is required parallel to the mounting plane of the vibrator. If the sifting surface of the vibrating screen does not oscillate in the vertical plane (as in the case of using an ordinary surface vibrator), but in the horizontal (when using a flange vibrator), then flanged vibration motors are installed.

The use of flanged vibrators is effective in installations such as vibrating screens - the screening process proceeds faster and more evenly, vibrating conveyors.
