Dynabloc high-precision gear motors are the result of the joint work of the structural divisions of the Emerson Group (Leroy–Somer and Control Techniques), which combines advanced knowledge and technology in the field of gearbox, synchronous motor and frequency converter operating modes. From an operational point of view, the Dynabloc gearbox is not just a gearbox or a gear motor - it is a complete electromechanical drive, the components of which are high-precision luftless /low-luft planetary, cylindrical, worm gearboxes Leroy-Somer, Control Techniques Unimotor HD, Unimotor FM and frequency converters Emerson series Unidrive SP, Unidrive M, Digitax ST.

    Types of gearboxes used as part of Dynabloc servo reducers

    • worm gearboxes Mb (Multibloc), Mjd; 
    • planetary gearboxes Pje, Pjr; 
    • coaxial cylindrical gearboxes Cb (Compabloc), Pjl, Pjn; 
    • cylindrical gearboxes with parallel transmission Mub (Manubloc); 
    • cylindrical-conical gearbox Ot (Orthobloc). 
    Unlike standard gearboxes, the feature of Leroy Somer gearboxes used with Dynabloc servo reducers is the amount of backlash, the minimum value of which is achieved through selective assembly and constant metrological measurements.
    Depending on the task set by the client, the following accuracy class /backlash value can be offered:
    - Expert:  < 1' (Pjn, Pjr, Mjd);
    - Medium: 3 - 5' (Pjn, Mjd);
    - Basic: 8 - 12' (Pjl, Mjd, Pjn, Pje);
    - Standard: 10 - 30’ (Cb, Ot, Mub, Mb).
