Digital electropneumatic actual position sensor for integrated installation on direct-flow valves (227450)

Compact actual position sensor for integrated installation on direct-flow valves with pneumatic control. The setpoint is set via a standard signal from 4 to 20 mA. The non-contact sensing element determines the position of the valve adjusting screw. Easy commissioning thanks to the automatic adjustment function and adjustment via the DIP switch: tight closing threshold, selection of characteristics, change of direction of movement, manual/automatic mode switching, binary information input. The programming interface can, among other things, be used to linearize a working diagram using a freely programmable characteristic. The status indication is implemented via LEDs. An analog position alarm can also be integrated as an option.
