Digital electropneumatic actual position sensor for integrated installation on direct-flow valves (265039)

The compact actual position sensor type 8692 is designed for integrated installation on pneumatic actuators of the series of control direct-flow valves type 23XX/2103 and specifically for technological conditions of hygienic processes. The air supply of the control system to the drive is integrated, without the use of external flexible pipelines. Easy maintenance and a wide range of additional software functions are carried out on a large graphical display with backlight and via a touch keyboard or PC interface. The actual position sensor detects the position of the valve without being subjected to wear through a non-contact analog sensor. Due to the presence of diagnostic functions, it is possible to monitor the operating conditions of the control valve. Diagnostic messages about the valve via status signals are sent according to NE107 (NAMUR) and stored in the form of chronological records. The housing is made of materials resistant to chemicals, is easy to clean and offers proven shell protection for use in hygienic technological equipment of the food and pharmaceutical industries. In combination with Burkert actuators of the ELEMENT series, the pneumatic control system allows ventilation of the spring installation cavity, while preventing contamination of the pneumatic chambers of the actuator from the environment.
