The compact type 8222 conductometer is designed to measure the electrical conductivity of liquids. The conductometer 8222 is equipped with a sensor fixed by a holder in the device body. There is also an electronic module in the case, equipped with either a lid or a removable display. The conductometer is supplied with three different C cell constants and consists of a Pt1000 temperature sensor and two conduction electrodes. For sensors with a constant C equal to 0.01 or 0.1, the electrodes are made of stainless steel, and for sensors with a constant C equal to 1.0, they are made of graphite. The conductometer can operate without a display, but it is required for commissioning, configuration and calibration, as well as for indicating process parameters. The device type 8222 is supplied in the following configuration: - with three programmable outputs: two transistor and one 2-wire current output 4-20 mA; - with four programmable outputs: two transistor and two 3-wire current outputs 4-20 mA. The conductometer 8222 converts the measuring signal, displays different values in different units of measurement (with the display connected) and calculates the output signals transmitted through one or two M12 plug connections.
