A cylindrical gearbox is a mechanism that converts and transmits torque using transfer wheels. They are made in the form of cylinders, which is why the gearbox got its name. The axes of the shafts are parallel or on the same straight line. The gears are placed in the housing, where they move in a large amount of grease.

All gearboxes are filled with synthetic oil for the entire service life and do not require maintenance.
Gearboxes of standard sizes 202/3A-302/3A-452/3A are supplied filled with oil for any mounting position, when ordering standard sizes 202/3A-302/3A-452/3A, the mounting position must be specified.
