CVR050(i=5)IEC71B14 Worm gear

CRV Worm Gearboxes — a budget solution with high reliability and load capacity.

The drive power depends on the size and power of the electric motor, which varies in the range from 0.06 to 15 kW. Due to their versatility, CRV gear motors can be used to replace outdated equipment.

General technical characteristics of NMRV series worm gear motors:

  • 11 standard sizes of worm gear motors with power from 0.06 to 15 kW;
  • The gear ratio range is from 5 to 100;
  • the maximum output torque is 1400 N·m, the permissible radial load is 16500 N
  • the housing of worm gear motors of the series up to NMRV 105 standard size is made of aluminum alloy;
  • the housing of worm gear motors of 110-200 standard sizes is made of gray cast iron of the G200 brand, processed according to FEM technology;
  • The gears of the worm gear are made of bronze alloy GCuSn12 (UNI7013-72);
  • worm grinding profile ZI (UNI4760);
  • Niemann Quality Control (Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits);
  • patented compact design of the worm gear motor housing;
  • The housing of worm gear motors starting from size 030 is painted with blue polyepoxide paint (RAL 5010) in accordance with DIN 1843 standards.
