The principle of operation
In order to prevent the product being mixed from being involved in circular motion, the data stirrers they are mounted eccentrically to the axis of the device or in the center with the installation of deflectors. The mechanical seal is a barrier between the atmosphere and the inside of the container, thus guaranteeing vacuum, pressure or sterilization. The principle of operation depends on the type of propeller used.
