The FRIEDRICH unbalanced exciter is used to drive vibrating conveyor trays, screening machines and other vibration systems with a particularly high payload and/or very high throughput. The causative agents of the imbalance generate a linear oscillatory motion. Due to the forced synchronization of the centrifugal scales, transverse vibrations are not formed when the machine is switched on and off.

General technical conditions
Permissible ambient and operating temperature:
Do not exceed the ambient temperature from -40 °C to +50 °C or the operating temperature of 80 °C. Depending on the ambient temperature, a transmission oil with the required viscosity is used. Other temperatures after consultation.

Engine Disc Selection:
All commercially available three-phase motors with a frequency of 50 Hz can be used as a drive motor.
The tightening torque should be 2.5 times higher than the rated torque in the range of 0-300 rpm.
If two or more imbalance exciters are connected using connecting drive shafts, it is necessary that the drive motor be increased accordingly.
