The DIN-TEX pump is aanitarian high-performance centrifugal pump (up to 1000 m3/h). The pump is designed to work with basic products or semi-finished products. The pump has found wide application in the food industry, for example, in winemaking, as well as in the textile and chemical industries, in processes that do not impose strict sanitary requirements. Due to the high flow rate, this pump is also used to supply cleaning solutions.
The principle of operation
In the pump housing, the impeller rotates with the shaft. In this arrangement, the energy of the pumped medium is transferred by the impeller in the form of kinetic energy and pressure energy. It is impossible to change the direction of rotation by a simple reverse. The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the side of the electric motor.
Design and characteristics
The body and spiral chamber are made by cold stamping from 8mm steel sheet.
Flanges: PN16 according to DIN 2633.
The impeller is of double curvature with blades on the rear side in order to reduce axial impact.
Axial adjustment of the wheel (open shaft model).
The pump is fully drained.
Single mechanical seal according to EN12756 L1K.
Electric motor: IEC B3 (monoblock B35), IP55, F-class insulation.
Drain hole: G ½" (BSP).
