External electric vibrator
Electric external vibrators are commonly used for loosening, feeding, sealing and separating bulk materials and reducing friction. Attenuation of product accumulation and adhesion in bins.
Electric external vibrators create non-directional, orbital vibrations. To actuate the transport chutes, sieves or vibrating tables, the external vibrators are synchronized to work in the opposite direction to each other in pairs to produce directional vibration. The frequency and power of vibration can be matched to a specific process using an additional frequency converter.
Design and principle of operation: External electric vibrators are motors with unbalanced shaft ends. The imbalance of the wheels can be adjusted by changing the torque, centrifugal force and stroke.
