NEG16190 Pad Vibrator

The NetterVibration electric vibrators of the NEG series are three-phase motors with eccentric loads that create vibrations. Vibrators operate at a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz, a voltage of 230 or 400 V, and speeds from 750 to 3000 rpm. At 60 Hz, the speed is 20% higher.

Electric vibrators are used as actuators to seal concrete and prevent components from sticking. The lack of maintenance requirements allows the equipment to be used in the most difficult environmental conditions. Rolling bearings provide a guarantee of safety. The terminal box is built into the housing, the covers are made of steel, the degree of protection is IP66-7, for standard sizes 50 and 60 – IP65. Explosion-proof versions of vibrators and stainless steel are available if necessary.
