Precision (high-precision) Perske engines KS, KCS, KNS series hydraulic clamping cartridges are used for fixation, due to the reinforced rigid design of the bearings and spindle, they have minimal axial and radial runout. Hardened, ground shafts, tool mounting without clearance, double-support design. The quality of production operations at the micron level (≤ 8 microns)!
These engines are recommended for use with PKD cutting tools (with a diamond edge), such an application significantly increases the service life of the latter, increasing the profitability of the production process. The operating mode is S 1 (continuous).
