MOSCA MOTORI engines from size 56 to size 400, poles 2-4-6-8, can be supplied with efficiency IE1, IE2 and IE3. Motors with special polarity, with long shafts and with a pattern, with servo ventilation, with a sensor, etc. can be supplied on request.

• The engines are made of aluminum alloy for sizes from 56 to 132 and cast iron for sizes from 160 to 355.
• Cast iron engines are available on request for small sizes up to 80.
• The minimum degree of protection of the engines is IP55, however, engines with a higher degree of protection can be supplied on request, depending on the operating conditions. 
• The terminal box on standard motors is located in the upper part; on request, it can be installed in a lateral position on the right or on the left.
• The motors can be equipped with a winding designed for a voltage of up to 600V when connecting a "triangle" with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz.
• The voltage tolerances are +/-10%. Increasing these tolerances may cause the winding to overheat.
• Standard motor voltage: 400V 50Hz, 415V 50Hz, 440V 60Hz, 460V 60Hz, 480V 60Hz. As a rule, motors with a power of up to 3 kW are designed for a voltage of 230/400V, from 3 kW to 22 kW - 230/400V and 400/690V, over 22 kW - only 400/690V.
• The insulation class of the motors is "F"; motors of insulation class "H" can be supplied on request. The winding is always impregnated with a heat-curing varnish and is protected from humidity and high temperatures.
• These capacities are designed for continuous operation of the S1 at rated voltage and frequency, at an altitude of 1000 m and an air temperature of 40 * C.
• MOSCA MOTORI engines have a very low vibration level due to the high balancing accuracy of the rotors and cooling fans. Most of the engines have a vibration level below 1 mm/s.
• All engines are designed in such a way as to ensure high performance, minimal heating and an economical and long service life.
• The noise pressure level (sound pressure at a distance of 1 m) complies with all applicable standards and, as a rule, does not exceed 80 dB for standard sizes with average power and 85 dB for high-power engines.
• Cooling fans for sizes up to 250 are made of thermoplastic material, for high-power engines - from aluminum.
• The engines are equipped with SKF, NSK or UBC USA bearings. Oilers are installed on standard sizes 280 and above, however, on request they can be installed on standard sizes up to 160.
• All engines provide rotation in both directions.
• The rotor shafts are made of high-quality steel.
• In the case of operation with an inverter, engines manufactured by MOSCA MOTORI can be equipped with a forced ventilation system.
• In the case of vertical installation of the engine, a rain protection cover can be installed if necessary.
• Thermal sensors can be supplied on request to protect the winding from overheating.
