Internal structure
This engine model has a classic structure with a fixed body stator and a rotor rotating inside. The stator winding is laid in special slots in the engine housing, the phases of which can be connected in the form of a "triangle" or "star".
The speed of rotation of the rotor is one of the most important indicators of the unit's performance and directly depends on the number of poles, the number of which varies from 1 to 3 pairs in different modifications. The entire inner filling is placed in a cast iron housing.
Features of the electric motor
The AIR 71 model is designed to operate in S1 mode, which assumes long-term operation without switching off. This factor must be taken into account for optimal and reliable use of the motor, since frequent inclusions create an abrupt moment of increasing current in the winding of the unit, which is several times higher than the average operating current, which leads to significant overload of the networks.
The electric motor has a simple design, easy start-up and affordable automation debugging. Its advantages include resistance to short-term mechanical overloads, effective resistance to the influence of dust and moisture according to the IP55 certificate.

- AIR 71V2 with a power of 1.1 kW, 3000 rpm and a weight of 10.5 kg;
- AIR 71V4 with a power of 0.75 kW, 1500 rpm and a weight of 10 kg;

All engines received an external casing with dimensions of 271x160x142mm, which allow them to be installed in any accessible places. For installation, the manufacturer provides different options in each model with paws, paws and a flange, as well as one flange.
