These technical characteristics are achieved due to the symbiosis of manufacturing technologies for DC and AC electric motors - a square-section housing from DC motors of the LAK series is selected as the basis for the design of asynchronous AMP electric motors and the stator winding parameters are specially calculated. When designing AMP electric motors, T-T Electric also paid great attention to the cooling system and the degree of protection. Unlike DC electric motors, AMP electric motors can be equipped with axial fans of forced cooling type IC416, have a higher degree of protection IP54/IP55. This modification made it possible to operate AMP electric motors in aggressive environments, in environments with a high content of foreign substances (dust, moisture), in equipment with a large number of kinematic units (metalworking machines, robotic complexes).
