DC motors of the WNM Z4 series in medium dimensions These are high-power installations for universal general industrial applications (compressors, extruders, mills, winders, etc.), used in metallurgy to drive rolling mills. Robust construction with laminated stator, original polygonal shape, versions with one or two shaft ends. Compensation winding with reliable thermal insulation class, vacuum impregnation under pressure.

There are four variants of the housing protection system from overheating and physical factors, namely:

• protected design with forced blowing from an attached fan or through a branch pipe through external devices with access to the working area through the engine itself from the opposite side
• the second option is splash-proof with cooling through a nozzle and outlet through air ducts to the environment or through an installed air/water heat exchanger (KSL marking).
