The electromechanical vibrator IV-107N of increased reliability is a universal purpose mechanism. It is designed to excite vibration vibrations in installations that seal concrete mixtures and soils, transport, unload and sift bulk materials. The mechanism is also widely used as a drive for vibration pads, vibrating screens, vibration feeders designed to perform various types of technological work.

The principle of operation

The IV-107N is a three-phase asynchronous electric motor with a short-circuited rotor and unbalances mounted at the ends of the shaft. They create a driving force during rotation with the rotor shaft. The adjustment of the imbalance is carried out by changing the angle between the fixed and movable element. The vibrator of this model has increased moisture and dust protection, cast-iron shields, high strength of windings, working life increased by 3 times. The devices can operate with an electronic frequency converter that allows you to change the vibration frequency within acceptable values, select suitable operating modes, and save electricity.

Vibrators are a three-phase asynchronous electric motor with a short-circuited rotor with unbalances mounted at the ends of the rotor shaft. The unbalances, rotating with the rotor shaft, create a driving force.

To regulate the magnitude of the driving force of the vibrator, the unbalances at both ends of the shaft are double. The adjustment is carried out by changing the angle between the movable and fixed unbalances at both ends of the shaft.

Vibrators of increased reliability are increased dust and moisture protection, cast–iron shields are for IV-107N and IV-107N–1.5 or aluminum shields – for IV-107A-P and IV-107A-1.5, increased winding strength, selective assembly. Increased working life (at least 3 times).

Vibrators can work with an adjustable electronic frequency converter, which allows you to change the vibration frequency from 0 to 1.5 nominal, within the permissible value of the driving force, save electricity, limit starting currents, choose the optimal mode of operation.
