EWO59C deep vibrator
EWO electric high-frequency deep vibrators, which are connected directly to the 230 V, 50/60 Hz power grid, consist of a frequency converter, a vibrating head, an electric cable 10 meters long and a reinforced hose 5 meters long.
A high-frequency electric motor built into the vibrating head creates a large centrifugal force. The vibrators have a plastic box (IP 66 protection) made of polyamide with a switch protected by a reinforced gasket, resistant to continuous use and wear.
The inverter is housed in a durable, dust-proof, water-resistant (IP 66) aluminum housing. It is protected from overload, overvoltage, overheating and short circuit. The different colors of the indicator signal the correct operation or the presence of a malfunction.
Each color corresponds to a specific error. All electronic components are filled with resin in such a way as to protect them from vibration, humidity and any influences.
