Industrial Vibrators Series EVR-EVS from the company OMB They are three-phase electric motors with double flange mounting for operation as part of multi-level vibrating sieves. Offsets are not included, the model range consists of 4- and 6-pole versions, and two-speed versions are available on request. They are suitable for continuous operation with full load.
Vibration motors of this series are reliably protected from splashes and dust entering the machine. The structure has high mechanical strength, the body is made of cast iron, reinforced support units, a hardened shaft made of NiCrMo alloy steel. PTC type thermistors are built in to protect against overheating. On request, the complete set can also be supplemented with anti-condensation heating elements.
Flange fixation is used to produce horizontally directed vibration relative to the mounting surface. An example of a typical application is vibrating screens and vertical screw conveyors, where the use of this type of device gives a more intense and uniform effect of sieving and moving the material.
