FRIEDRICH ATEX FE-Type vibration motors
The "Ex e" high-safety FE-type engines are designed for use in areas with potential hazards due to dust (zones 21 and 22) or gas (Zone 1) in accordance with Directive RL 94/9/EC and 2014/34/EU is suitable.
Vibration motors are reduced in accordance with equipment group II 2.

Temperature class: T3 or T4. Built-in cylindrical roller bearings with high load capacity and increased bearing clearance with factory lubrication with special lubrication for the entire service life. Lubrication with all sources of errors, such as dirty lubrication nipples, too much, too little, or improper lubrication for lubrication. Operating mode: Continuous operation (S1) and intermittent operation at 100% centrifugal force.
Hood: Hoods made of deep sheet metal or stainless steel provide ideal protection against dust and water ingress by special shape and silicone seal.
Installation: Can be mounted in any position without restrictions.
Coating color: The standard in RAL 6011. Other colors are available on request.

The type code is read as follows: The first block number=operating torque in kgf (Operating torque=2 x static torque)
This is followed by a hyphen followed by the pole number. (4=1460 min-1, 6=980 min-1 (at a network frequency of 50 Hz)).
The size is indicated after the second hyphen.
