FRIEDRICH Vibration Motors with FHE-Type Stainless Steel Hoods
FHE engines are equipped with stainless steel hoods rather than deep-patterned powder sheet metal hoods. Thanks to their special shape and all-round silicone seal, they provide perfect protection against dust and water ingress. Stainless steel hoods are available on request for the entire program up to engine size 7.
The engine body is covered with RAL 6011 color as standard. Other colors are available on request. Special painting of the engine housing with two-component epoxy paint STEEL IT is available on request. This epoxy coating with INOX stainless steel particles forms a very durable coating. The non-toxic surface is highly resistant to chemicals, cleaning processes, alkalis, food acids and ultraviolet rays. This paint has the approval of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Motors with paint containing stainless steel particles are equipped with stainless steel caps as standard and are particularly suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Type of code:
The type code is read as follows:
The first block number=operating torque in kgf
(Operating torque=2 x static torque)
This is followed by a hyphen followed by the pole number.
(4=1460 min-1, 6=980 min-1 (at a network frequency of 50 Hz)).
The size is indicated after the second hyphen.
