Alternators Mecc Alte The LT (Lighting Tower Range) series are ideal for lighting lampposts or towers. Due to the absence of a brush collector assembly, they do not require special maintenance and are very reliable in operation. The design of the generators has been thought out taking into account the most easy connection to various engines, the entire model range and complies with the established standard EN60034-1.
The body material is high–strength aluminum alloy (cast caps), the shaft is made of carbon steel grade C45, the windings are impregnated with epoxy resin. The degree of protection against electromagnetic interference is "N", according to the VDE 0875 specification. The permissible overload limits are 10% for one hour every three hours.
