The vibrating tip is a part of deep vibrators for construction work and is designed for compaction of concrete mixtures laid in small arrays, monolithic, medium reinforced building structures
The vibrating tip of vibrators of all types is a hermetically sealed housing, inside which there is a slider connected to the spindle by a hinge assembly. In the vibrating tip, the slider, planetarily rolling along the conical surface of the core (or sleeve), creates vibrational vibrations of the housing. To protect against dirt ingress, a special felt gasket installed on the spindle side is provided in the vibratory tip of the vibrators.
The following modifications of vibrating tips are available: diameter 28mm; 38mm; 51mm; 76mm.
